Club News Update
The 26th National Women’s Indoor Bowls Champs are well under way with the Singles being decided yesterday with our own club member Jean McKenzie making the semis and gain third equal place, congratulations.
I am sure the competition will be fierce all week long and hopefully our ladies will feature again in the results.
The final day/night is Thursday with a prize giving and Karaoke to round off the tournament. The club has a $20.00 buffet meal available this Thursday night from 5.30pm-9pm.
The Eagles Tribute Show was well received by those that attended and they certainly had a great night’s entertainment.
There was some suggestion that your club manager had passed away as he was seen to be sitting still for more than 5 minutes in his chair enjoying the show.
Yes we have increased some prices already with more changes to follow, which includes the introduction of a new house wine to replace the cask wine, as required by our contractual agreement with our supplier.
We have CD on special as an end of line special only while stocks last and Murray Pash is looking for some volunteers to help clean up the remain keg we have on hand to make way for the new brew which we will have on tap very soon.
The Animals Raffle – limited 100 tickets @ $2.00 each. Drawn Thursday night unless sold prior to Thursday.

Thursday Night Members Draw is gaining momentum and is currently worth $1900. The Pirates Chest is at $550 in value this week.
Just like Christmas!!! We are introducing a lucky member’s draw on Saturday nights with two meal vouchers to be won. These will be drawn between 7.30pm and 8pm each week
