Club Waimea is proud to offer their 400 people capacity hall for hire.  Set in The Club’s well estabilished grounds this hall is ideal for meetings, balls, social dances, indoor bowls, weddings and christmas functions. Some of the many amenities on offer with the hire of the hall are:

  • Sound system with microphone
  • Ample off street parking
  • Separate access to hall

HALL ROOM HIRE CHARGES (based on full 8 hour hire)

  • All Day (any day of the week)   $225.50 incl GST
  • Half Day  $135.00 incl GST
  • Part Day (calculated in hours)   Min $56.25/p.h incl GST
  • $50.00 BOND REQUIRED FOR NON MEMBERS

Additional Charges may apply for:

  • Special Licence (TDC Charge) $63.00 inclusive GST
  • Set up, cleaning, equipment hire,additional staff, etc.
  • Discounted rates apply to club members

MEETING ROOM

Our 2 Meeting Rooms that Club Waimea is proud to offer are able to comfortably seat up to 50 people. Set in the peaceful grounds of Club Waimea this venue is ideal for small training sessions, sporting meetings, club meetings and business meetings. A few of the amenities that come with the hire of the meeting room are:

  • Ample off street parking
  • Comfortable tables and chairs
  • Overhead projector
  • Separate entrance
  • White board
  • Screen for power-point presentations
  • Catering team (by arrangement)
