Section Constitution Rule 25, “Dissolution”

25. Club Waimea may be voluntarily dissolved as provided by the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 (as amended).  Should the Club be dissolved, sufficient funds shall be made available for the Richmond Bowling Club (Waimea) Inc: to re-establish as a Bowling Club elsewhere in recognition of approximately $500,000.00 paid by the Richmond Bowling Club in 2012 to construct a new clubhouse and refurbish the bowling green at the Club before any monies remaining after due settlement of all just debts shall be handed over to a charitable institution or intitutions to be determined.
